  • Providing accurate information during registration
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Share quiz answers or assessments
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
  • Use automated tools to scrape the platform
  • Impersonate other users or Benzo Learn staff

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, lesson materials, quiz questions, and design elements are the property of Benzo Learn and its creators. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course (all lessons + passing assessment at 70% or above). Each certificate is verifiable online at benzolearn.dev/verify with its unique ID. Certificates may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Free Access

All courses are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future with advance notice.

7. Disclaimer

Benzo Learn is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that courses will lead to employment or specific outcomes. Learning results depend on your effort and application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benzo Learn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Benzo Learn operates.
